We offer the fastest shipping in the industry which means once an order has been received/confirmed/paid there is a NO REFUND POLICY. Orders are distributed to local licensed retailers and once items have been ordered the fulfillment process begins and we cannot stop, change, or hold orders.
Damage during transit
In the unusual event a bottle is damaged upon delivery, damaged items will qualify for full replacement, credit or refund. If in the unusual event you do experience a problem with your order please contact us for replacement within 7-days of receipt of delivery. Please inspect and document with photographs to assist in a speedy replacement process. Additionally we may require the return of unopened/damaged bottles. We may offer a replacement, discount, refund, or an account credit to be used for a later store purchase.
Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
In the event that a shipment is refused or undeliverable due to an incorrect delivery address or returned to us by the carrier after multiple attempts due to the recipient being unavailable, the product will be returned to inventory and a credit issued on the customer’s card, less shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee. You may pay another shipping fee to have us try and re-deliver.
More Shipping Stuff:
We'll always do our best to get your order delivered on time, but if you do have any special delivery requirements, for example delivery on or by a certain time/day - please get in touch and let us know! During holidays especially please order in sufficient time for your expected delivery date. We accept no liability for goods required for a specific date or which fail to arrive due to circumstances beyond our control.
All orders take approx 24-48 hours to process, pack and ship Monday-Friday (no orders ship out or are delivered Saturday or Sunday and holidays). For instance an overnight order placed on Thursday will likely ship on Friday and be delivered on Monday. Please factor when making your ground, 2-day or overnight selections.
Completed orders cannot be cancelled. If you are a collector please contact us before you order to make sure we've got that rare, old or discontinued bottle in stock. Producers and Brands may update their bottle design, packaging and artwork at any time. For this reason you may receive a product labeling or packaging that is different than pictured. We won't refund/return bottles that have an updated design. Sometimes product pictures may not accurately represent the bottle being sold. The product title will always super-cede any product images.
