JEAN-SEBASTIEN ROBICQUET Born from generations of wine makers and distillers dating back to the 15th century, Jean-Sebastien Robicquet, the Master Distiller of CÎROC has the art of distilling in his veins. Jean-Sebastian is based in Villevert, France in the renowned wine region of Bordeaux. His distillery, Maison Villevert, has been in his family for over 500 years. Jean-Sebastien earned his Oenology diploma in 1988, and a Masters in Law, Economics and Management of the Wine Industry in 1990. He combined his distilling expertise and his skill as an oenologist to create CÎROC Ultra-Premium Vodka in 2003. Jean-Sebastian has been recognized by the Great Council of Bordeaux Wines as ‘Commandeur de Bordeaux,’ in acknowledgement of his resolve for high quality, superior and honest products. BRAND HERITAGE AND DISTILLATION PROCESS Unlike most vodkas, which are made from grain, CÎROC Ultra-Premium Vodka is gluten-free and distilled from fine French grapes; a process inspired by over a century of wine-making expertise and craftsmanship. It is the fine French grapes and the fifth distillation at the historic Distillerie de Chevanceaux in the South of France that give CÎROC Ultra-Premium Vodka a distinctive flavor with an exceptionally fresh, citrus taste. The CÎROC Ultra-Premium Vodka distillation process ensures the best possible flavor. While all Vodka is distilled, CÎROC Ultra-Premium Vodka is distilled five times. Fine French grapes are specially selected for harvest and made into a wine. The wine is distilled four times in column stills. In the fifth distillation, CÎROC Ultra-Premium Vodka is truly created in a traditional, tailor-made copper pot still at the historic Distillerie de Chevanceaux in the South of France. |
