A classic almond flavored liqueur is delightfully almondy, bitter and tangy; with further air contact it turns fruity and nutty and is deliciously zesty. The entry is gently sweet, intensively almondy and nicely textured. Midpalate features the candied almond flavor, but with only moderate sweetness. It finishes medium-long, moderately sweet and almond concentrated with a hint of vanilla and slighlty drier than other Amaretto on the market.
