While Professor Cornelius Ampleforth does enjoy using some very elaborate equipment and complicated calculations just to make his morning coffee, there are times where he likes to keep it simple. As such, his spectacularly flavoursome Cherry Brandy - 2014 is made using cherries and brandy - a change from most 'cherry brandies', which are made with neutral spirit and flavouring. The good Professor only allows finest cherries and high quality brandy from a rather famous region in France near his Cherry Brandy. Seriously. If you throw just half of an iffy cherry anywhere close to his laboratory, he gets properly irate.
