Embodying perfectly the first ageing of Cognac, the Gautier VS has been carefully crafted by the Cellar Master of Maison Gautier essentially from Cognacs from the Fins Bois and the Bons Bois for a perfectly balanced and harmonious Cognac. Tasting Notes: Eye: Pale gold with amber reflections. Nose: Fresh fruity aroma with lively, spicy flavours enhanced by a hint of vanilla. Palate: Lots of finesse. Full and warming with flavours of chocolate, orange, vanilla, and Christmas cake spices followed by a long and balanced finish.
