A portion was aged in new French oak barrels to highlight the delicate aromas and flavors of the Pinot Noir grape. The subtle oak complements the deep black cherry notes in our wine, adding richness and depth to the finish. This earthy wine has nuances of brown spice that make it a perfect foil for rack of lamb, grilled salmon and Shiitake mushroom risotto.
