Palate: Mint choc chip ice cream, buttery popcorn with caramel, toasted spices, quite an oily body, drying oak. Finish: Cooling menthol, rye bread with chocolate spread, aromatic spices and peppery oak. A solid affordable Rye from America's biggest producer of Bourbon and ideal for an old fashioned cocktail or simple sipping Rye.
