Technical notes
Varietals: 100% Sauvignon Blanc - Alcohol Level: 9% - Residual sugar: 11. 8g/L - Production: This early harvest wine was made from fruit selected from vineyards that showed early flavor development at low sugar, due to specialized canopy management. The grapes were gently pressed before being clarified and split into a number of ferments in stainless steel tanks with a variety of yeast types. Ferments were at cool temperatures to retain the very distinctive regional and varietal characters.
