Their deep knowledge of the Maremma terroir has led Cecchi to produce a Sangiovese based wine. This is a zone whose characteristics guarantee a full and constant ripening of the grapes. The vinification is the traditional red at a controlled temperature. So a wine is produced with a ruby red colour with violet reflections, the fragrance is intense with traces recalling violets. Vinous and captivating it has a marked note of the Sangiovese of coastal Tuscany. Ample and immediate on the palate, it has a fruity note typical of the Sangiovese of Maremma. A wine to enjoy young and having good potential for aging. Pleasant with salamis and meat based dishes at a temperature of 16°C.
