Nose: Brown sugar, baking spices, esthery, vanilla, marshmallow. The addition of water, actually drives the alcohol notes higher, a slight mustiness, perhaps a little wet cardboard. Palate: Drying at first then burst of dried tropical fruits. Slightly antiseptic Finish: Drying on the sides of the mouth, coats the tongue, perhaps a wet wool sweater. Long finish that continues to switch between spicy ginger cake, coconut and honey
